The department is built in an area of about 7720 sq.ft., and is facilitated with staff rooms, sterilization room, computer room, reception room, laboratory, store room, record room, seminar room and clinics for both the U.G. & P.G. courses separately. The department is also provided with facilities like, tissue preparation for histopathological examination. Research binocular microscopes with dark field and fluorescence, phase contrast examination unit and CCTV is available for research and teaching purposes.
